Recently, we had the pleasure of organising a truly special event in Parcent, a charming village in the heart of the Marina Alta. A couple was celebrating their 60th birthday and chose to gather their closest friends and family to enjoy an unforgettable weekend at their Spanish villa… and we took care of making it all happen.
A Weekend of Celebration, Gastronomy and Shared Moments
The event began with a private paella night, one of the most requested services for those seeking an authentic Costa Blanca experience. We prepared a selection of sharing starters, followed by a freshly cooked paella made on site—designed to be enjoyed informally, just as it is here: around the table, with good wine, laughter and long conversations.
The following morning, guests woke up to a full Villa Rosa breakfast, the perfect way to start the day at a relaxed pace after a night of celebration. Fresh products, freshly brewed coffee and that laid-back atmosphere that only comes when there are no schedules or worries.
For lunch, we organised a luxury late family-style lunch, served to share. This format is ideal for private villa events, where gastronomy becomes the heart of the experience while maintaining comfort and a warm, informal feel.
To close the weekend, nothing worked better than a casual gourmet burger night—a fun and relaxed way to say goodbye and extend the celebration until the very last moment.
